Do you operate same-day in Townsville?
Yes. Our Express tier ($400 base call-out) is built for same-day priority pickups within Townsville and the immediate FNQ corridor. Standard ($280) is next-business-day. Both include the first 15 km and a 1-hour drive budget; distance and time beyond that are itemised on the invoice.
Are you ABN-registered?
Yes. Saddique Logistics Pty Ltd, ABN 49 648 601 843. We are a strictly B2B service — every booking requires an ABN.
Do you handle pallet freight?
Yes — CHEP, Loscam, disposable timber, plastic and oversized pallets. The first 2 pallets are included in the base call-out; each additional pallet is +$50. Tail-lift and hand-load are supported.
Do you move household goods or removals?
No. We are a B2B freight and distribution operator and do not handle household goods, personal effects, or residential removals.
Do you carry Dangerous Goods?
No. Saddique operates a strict no-DG policy. Customers tick a no-DG declaration at the booking step and any DG tendered without prior acceptance is a fundamental breach.
How does cargo cover work?
Every consignment includes AU$3,000 cargo cover free. For higher-value loads, declare the value at booking and we add an uplift of 1.5 % of the amount above $3,000. Cover sits under our Terms of Carriage.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Every accepted booking gets a customer-facing tracking link — Booked → Delivery confirmed → Driver assigned → Enroute to pickup → At pickup → On the way → Driver arrived → Delivered. The receiver signs on-glass at delivery and you get the photo POD.

What hours do you operate?
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Townsville time. After-hours weekday work (6 pm – 6 am) attracts +30 %, Saturday +15 %, Sunday +30 %. Email replies within one business day.

A transport company. Saddique Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 49 648 601 843) is an asset-owning Townsville operator — our own trucks, our own drivers, running out of the Garbutt freight precinct. Nothing is brokered or white-labelled to other carriers: the driver at your dock is our driver.
Do you run interstate freight?
No — we are a North Queensland intrastate carrier. Our lanes run out of Townsville across the FNQ corridor; Townsville to Mt Isa (about 900 km) is the longest lane we quote.
Do you have refrigerated trucks?
No. Our fleet carries ambient general freight only — refrigerated, chilled and frozen loads are declined at booking. For cold-chain work in North Queensland you'll need a dedicated reefer carrier.
Do you run freight from Brisbane to Townsville?
No — our lanes run out of Townsville across North Queensland; we don't run the Brisbane–Townsville linehaul. Where we fit is the regional leg: once your freight lands in Townsville, we distribute it daily across the city and the FNQ corridor — Ayr, Charters Towers, Ingham, Tully, Cairns, Bowen, Mackay and Mt Isa.
