A flat $280 Standard call-out (or $400 Express, same-day priority) covers your first 15 km and a 1-hour budget on the pickup → delivery trip. Beyond that it's $2.50 per km and $135 per hour. The first 2 pallets are included; each additional pallet is +$50. Tail-lift sites add $40. Always ex-GST and clearly itemised in your online quote — no surprise fuel levies.
